Murmuration

JB.11

A rich deep midnight blue like the sudden flash of a starling wing in flight. The colour was first inspired by the great murmurations above the rooftops of Bath. Then by the history of cobalt glass that was ground into smalt- a pigment used to fuse the deep blue colour onto old gates. This deep rich blue is essential in the colour lexicon we use. An excellent estate colour for gates and doors and accents on outbuildings.
