In relation to the preponderance of very good shoots in Yorkshire there is a dearth of appropriate lodgings. Our client wished to address this deficit by converting a group of charming and derelict farm buildings into five star accommodation. We were invited to make a fulsome review of the area and design an appropriate response. We designed the buildings, the landscape, the functionality, the interiors, the restaurant, the menu, the staff uniforms and sourced the finest management from Switzerland. In tandem we designed the sister gastro pub and a service ’farm’ that sits between the two properties.
